Last January I started keeping track of the sections of the Cataraqui Trail that I walked. This January, I'm sharing the pictures that I take along the way on my walks each Sunday morning.
This week I made it to Yarker, Ont. walking from the 85.5km point on the Cataraqui Trail to 88km at the parking lot in the town of Yarker. These wonderful places: a magnificent converted edifice that is now someone's home,
the Waterside Tearoom and Collectibles and this fantastic work of art called "The Flow of History" showing the steam from a teacup on the left side blowing over the loggers working on the river that flows at the foundation of the building, were so fun to discover and made the walk all the more worthwhile, on this, the first and finest of bright sunny winter mornings.
